Simpson Thacher represented TDR Capital LLP in connection with the financing of its acquisition of Hurtigruten, including an offering of EUR455 million aggregate principal amount of 7.50% Senior Secured Notes due 2022 and a EUR65 million Revolving Credit Facility Agreement. The notes proceeds were used to refinance a EUR455 million bridge facility that had been drawn to finance the acquisition of Hurtigruten and repay its existing financing arrangements.
Hurtigruten is a cruise line, local transport, cargo shipment and exploration tourism operator centered around the Norwegian coast as well as Polar waters.
